Return Policy

We value your trust and your patronage.  We hope you are completely satified with your, but we and your item's manufacturer will occasionally make a mistake.  If you should happen to be the unlucky party or if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at:

Our return policy for all unused items is as follows:

     All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer.  Any purchase made in December may be returned no later than January 30th.  All returns must include packing slip and all original packaging materials.  Please do not use the original anufacturer's box as an outer shipping package.   We do encourage you to re-use the outer Littman's shipping box - as an outer box.

      Refunds for defective items will be issued in the original form of payment for the full amount of payment plus your reasonable shipping costs.  If there is a replacement, we will reimburse you for your reasonable shipping costs.

     Refunds for non-defective items (just didn't like it) will be issued in the original form of payment for the full amount of payment less our shipping costs and 5% restocking fee.

    Exchanges will not invoke a restocking fee, and the price differential for your second, replacement item, if lower priced,  will be refunded to you in original form of payment.

     Gift recipients without an original receipt may exchnage for another item or store credit.

      If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, your new item, or any future purchase, please do not hesitate to give us a call.  We generally prefer phone contact with our customers as we find it to be more efficient and, more pleasant and interesting.  We enjoy trading travel tips and political commentary.  You can reach us anytime during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, and occasionally on sundays.  If you leave us a phone message, please give your time zone so that we do not wake you at 5 am.
